Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy hails from Zimbabwe and so much about her life has changed since she was dating the Duke of Sussex.

Zimbabwean-born Chelsy Davy met Prince Harry in Cape Town in 2004, during his gap year. According to Daily Mail, Chelsy was in a serious relationship with the Duke of Sussex from 2004 to 2011.The pair are said to have been in an on-and-off relationship for the best part of those seven years

Chelsy hails from Bulawayo – a city in Zimbabwe — where her father is a businessman. Her mother is a former model.

According to Leading Britain’s Conversation, she lives in Chiswick, west London, with her husband hotelier Sam Cutmore-Scott. They have a son named Leo together.

Chelsy studied at the Gemological Institute of America. Chelsy revealed that she wanted to open a jewellery brand, Aya in 2016. In 2020, the brand expanded and covered the luxury travel sector which includes organising luxury holidays to Africa.

According to Tatler, Chelsy is expanding her business. She currently lives in London but also spends some time in Cape Town. While Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are constantly are scrutiny, the Zimbabwean-born beauty reveals that she is content with the way her life turned out.

“I’m very happy with where I am right now, I’m happy with everything. I’m doing something in Africa that I’m passionate about and I’m excited for what my vision is and what that will create. Everything is falling into place,” she said to Tatler.
