In 2013, the artist came out of hibernation and signed a 10 year long contract with Shamiso Music and Entertainment, South Africa-based multimedia group that would manage his music affairs and see the musician releasing his new album-Manifesto under the stable.

The artist dropped a lead track, Ndewangu (Ndoni Yamanzi), featuring South African star Speedy and recorded songs with Uhuru and Salif Keita believing that he had found an opportunity to “put Zimbabwe on the international map”.
