• Preparing payment vouchers
• Supporting adequately all payments.
• Correctly capturing all financial transactions in Pastel Evolution
• Ensuring all payment vouchers are fully authorized.
• Ensuring that all financial transactions are retrievable upon request.
• Assist with financial reporting.
• Help with accounts receivable and payable management.
• Filing all financial reports
• Preparing VAT reports
• Uploading payments to online payment platform
• Banking excess cash and withdrawing cash from the bank.
• Reconciling ledger accounts monthly
