BABONGILE Sikhonjwa, the new host of Star FM’s “The After Drive,” has urged listeners to refrain from comparing him to his predecessor, Ollah 7, as he brings his own distinct style to the airwaves.

Sikhonjwa, a multi-talented comedian, entertainer, and musician, stepped into Ollah 7’s shoes after the popular DJ abruptly resigned on air to pursue his own venture, the “DJ Ollah 7 podcast.”

Sikhonjwa’s appointment was announced by Comfort Mbofana at the Bulawayo Art Awards last week. He hosts “The After Drive” on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Reflecting on his first week at Star FM, Sikhonjwa described it as an exceptional experience, marked by a warm welcome from both colleagues and listeners.
