This position requires a seasoned and experienced finance professional with demonstrable experience. The position exists to support, co-ordinate and improve efficiency in the day-to-day operations and ensure that financial affairs are handled in a manner consistent with internal policies and procedures. The job also entails the production of accurate, timely and reliable financial records that comply with the dictates of the Public Finance Management Act (PFM Act), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
