Sabhuku Themba Mliswa recently disclosed that his third daughter M’diwa had been arrested last week with her boyfriend for being in possession of the illegal drug, ecstasy.

In a candid revelation, Mliswa disclosed this information before it went public, and decided to grab the bull by the horns.  He emphasized his unwavering commitment to not leveraging his public standing to interfere with the legal proceedings.

Mliswa posted on his twitter: “It’s my sincere hope that the law takes its course as a passage towards my daughter’s rehabilitation. Such repercussions and consequences are fundamental restraining factors of life which should be suffered to properly order an individual’s actions.”

This post was met by many conflicting comments by Zimbabweans, some commneding him and some blaming him for the daughters position in the first place. Did Mliswa throw his daughter under the bus or did he stand by his duty to the fight against drug abuse?
