President Mnangagwa recently honored two siblings, Peace and Luckmore Magaya, from Mhondoro, Mashonaland West Province, who displayed exceptional bravery by rescuing their mother from a crocodile attack. The siblings had the privilege of meeting the President at State House in Harare, where he commended their courageous act.
In a social media post, President Mnangagwa expressed his admiration for Peace and Luckmore, stating that their bravery had deeply touched him. As a token of appreciation, he announced that he would cover the cost of their education and awarded each of them US$5,000. The President emphasized the importance of nurturing such qualities of bravery and compassion among the youth.
The gesture by President Mnangagwa not only acknowledges the heroic actions of the Magaya siblings but also serves as a testament to the value of courage and selflessness in the community.
