Job Description:

Beyond The Veil Communities is looking for 2 Personal Assistants (volunteers) who will support the scaling up of the organization programs under direct supervision from the Directors.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Directors in implementing the organization projects.
  •  Managing diaries and event calendar.
  •  Attending meetings on behalf of the directors.
  •  Preparing meeting reports.
  • Managing social media accounts
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least a Degree in Secretarial Studies, Development Studies or Business Administrations. from a reputable institution.
  •  At least 6 months of experience in a similar roles.
