A 32-year-old man from Bulawayo was discovered asleep in a goat pen within a village in Inyathi, carrying two knives in his pocket upon being searched. Subsequently, he faced trial before Inyathi magistrate Mr. Ropafadzo Manyande.
Pleading guilty, he received a sentence of 12 months’ imprisonment, with six months suspended for five years on the condition of avoiding any similar offenses during that period. Sipho Moyo will serve a serve a six-month jail term.
