Bongani Mlotshwa, the 29-year-old husband of Linda Masarira, has been handed a 15-month suspended sentence by the Epworth Magistrates’ Court.

The court has ordered Mlotshwa to serve 350 hours of community service in lieu of prison time for charges related to domestic violence. The case has garnered significant attention due to Masarira’s prominent position as the president of the opposition party, LEAD.
