The Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC) has appointed board member, Charles Munganasa as Acting Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.

In a statement, the ZBC Board noted that the corporation has begun the recruitment process for a substantive C.E.O.
The News and Current Affairs department has also seen the appointment of Ms Merit Munzwembiri as its acting head.

Mr Munganasa is a holder of a Masters in Journalism & Honours Degree in Film and Theatre Arts and Regional Certificate in African Politics, Economics and Development (PYPA South Africa). Mr Munganasa is known for directing the film called “Story of Nehanda” and his role in the theater titled, “Operation Restore Legacy”.
