Our #WCW is Thuba Moyo, a Bulawayo native with a passion for serving others, has embarked on a remarkable journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Born and bred in the city of Kings and Queens, Thuba’s Information Technology background and 8 years of experience in technical sales paved the way for her to venture into the world of public speaking and leadership development.

Inspired by Mahatma Gandhi’s quote, “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others,” Thuba founded Futuristic Academy in 2023. This momentous decision marked a significant turning point in her life, as she dedicated herself to helping others discover their potential.

As a renowned Toastmaster and founder of Futuristic Academy, Thuba has made a profound impact on the lives of many. Her academy offers a range of services, including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, masterclasses, and corporate event MCing. With a remote team of three, Thuba has expanded her reach across the continent, empowering individuals to become effective communicators and leaders.

Thuba’s dedication to her craft has earned her the prestigious Toastmasters of the Year Award, a testament to her unwavering commitment to serving others. Her appointment as District Club Growth Director, overseeing nine countries, further solidifies her position as a leader in her field.
