At 15 years old, Beloved Biza has already played for Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe A and Zimbabwe Under 19 Women. She was in the team of the tournament for the recently held #KwibukaWomensT20I in Rwanda.
Beloved topscored with 62 yesterday as Zimbabwe U-19 Women won by 96 runs over Namibia U-19 Women in first T20.
A form three student at Herentals in Chitungwiza, Biza made her senior women debut in January against Ireland, becoming the second youngest female to play for Zimbabwe in T20Is. She started playing cricket at St Aidans Primary School paChitungwiza.
She is one of many upcoming stars in the Zimbabwe Under 19 Women’s team playing Namibia this week. Today we play second T20 at 2pm at CN HP Oval in Windhoek.
