A dramatic scene unfolded on the Masvingo-Mutare highway near Jubert Crushers this morning when an Inter-Africa bus suddenly caught fire and was completely destroyed. Fortunately, all passengers on board managed to escape without any injuries.

According to eyewitnesses, the fire originated from the engine and spread rapidly, engulfing the entire bus. The passengers’ quick thinking and prompt evacuation likely prevented a tragic outcome.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation. The passengers are shaken but grateful to have escaped unscathed.
