Today, we honor the legacy of Joshua Nkomo, a liberation stalwart and former Vice President of Zimbabwe, who passed away on this day 25 years ago.

Nkomo was a humble leader who dedicated his life to fighting for Zimbabwe’s independence and unity. He led ZAPU with courage and conviction, and his leadership inspired countless individuals.

Despite challenges, he remained a symbol of hope and reconciliation. We remember Chibwe Chitedza, a true hero and icon of Zimbabwean politics.
