A tragic accident occurred along the Harare-Mutare highway when a commuter omnibus traveling to Rusape burst its rear tires, lost control, and overturned twice before landing on its side.

According to eyewitnesses, the incident resulted in four fatalities. The omnibus was carrying passengers from Harare to Rusape when the crash happened.

The Zimbabwe Republic Police and emergency services are working together to investigate the cause of the accident and provide support to those affected.
