
The government and various organizations in Botswana have showered gifts on the country’s Olympic Gold and Silver Medalists.

The rewards include:
– Two houses worth $300,000 for Gold Medalist Letsile Tebogo
– $112,482 cash prize for Tebogo
– $11,248 each for Olympic Silver Medalists
– $18,747 for the Coaching Staff
Additionally, several organizations have made significant contributions:
– Choppies: $183,721
– Debswana, DTCB, and Debeers: $80,987 (with each athlete and coaching staff member receiving $4,500)
– Orange: $52,491
– Botswana Defense Force: $43,118
– Ministry of Youth and Sports: $149,976
Tebogo also received:
– $3,749 from Kwa Nokeng Oil
– A tractor
– $8,998 from Park 27

Furthermore, Minister Eric Molale donated 23 pregnant cattle, while President Masisi, Vice President Tsogwane, and Members of Parliament contributed $1,874, $800, and $4,724, respectively.
