In 2009, Priscilla founded the Zimbabwe Fashion Week Trust, a platform dedicated to nurturing local talent and promoting Zimbabwe’s vibrant fashion industry. Her commitment to cultural heritage and creative collaboration extends to her role as Chairman of the Hunhu Council of Fashion, where she advocates for the celebration of diverse influences in fashion.

She earned the prestigious title of 2016 CEO GLOBAL South Africa Entrepreneur of the Year in Arts & Culture, marking her as a trailblazer in the field.

Driven by a passion for African culture, Priscilla established Africa Art, Fashion, and Food Festivals Inc. (AAFFF) in 2017. AAFFF Inc. is currently based in Boston. This organization is dedicated to showcasing contemporary African culture on a global stage, bridging continents through art, fashion, and culinary experiences.

In 2024, Priscilla expanded her visionary impact by reviving The Driven Group, which launched PC Concierge, a luxury lifestyle concierge service catering to Africa, redefining excellence. That same year, she introduced the PC Foundation, channelling her success into philanthropic endeavours that uplift communities and inspire change.
