President Emmerson Mnangagwa has made significant changes to his cabinet, reassigning two key ministers with immediate effect. Professor Amon Murwira, formerly the Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education, Science and Technology Development, will now lead the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade.

Frederick Shava, who previously held the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade portfolio, will take over as Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development.
