The job exists to manage a sales team to ensure extensive marketing and sales all farm fresh produce to gain dominance in the area and achieve profitability budgets through effective customer engagement and resource utilization. The individual will be responsible for all sales and marketing of all farm produce.
Develop and maintain sales and customer relationship
Sale of all farm fresh produce
Find new markets for all farm produce and sell farm fresh produces
Daily sales and marketing update to the manager on market trends and demands
Ensure safe keeping of all farm produce during before and after sales
Identify potential customers and market opportunities
Provide customer service including product information and technical advice
Prepare quotations and sales orders
Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and sales activity
Diploma or certificate in sales and marketing
At least 5 Ordinary levels passes including English and Maths
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in business-to-business sales an advantage
Proven Knowledge of Farm Produce Marketing experience is a distinct advantage.
Clean class 4 driver’s licence
Excellent written and oral communication skills
