Admiral Muskwe’s brief spell at Harrogate Town FC has come to a close after the club decided not to extend his contract. The 26-year-old Zimbabwean striker joined Harrogate on a one-month deal in December, impressing manager Simon Weaver during a two-week trial.
Muskwe’s time at Harrogate was unfortunately marred by injury, which limited him to just one second-half appearance. Despite his promising start, the forward was unable to shake off the injury, which ultimately led to the club’s decision not to renew his contract.
Muskwe, who previously played for Luton Town, will now look to regain his fitness and explore new opportunities. His fans and the Zimbabwean football community will be wishing him a speedy recovery, and as the saying goes, “Warriors always get back up.”
