Our #MCM today is Givemore Ndombonya, a young and ambitious entrepreneur from Beitbridge, Zimbabwe. At just 31 years old, Givemore has made a name for himself in the business world with his company, Signtec Africa.

Givemore’s journey to success began in 2014 when he started Signtec Africa, a company that imports and exports printing equipment. He was motivated to start the business after noticing that many printing companies in his hometown were using substandard machines.

Initially, Givemore sold machines on commission for a South African company, but he soon saved up enough money to order directly from manufacturers. This move allowed him to sell equipment across the country and even export some to South Africa.

Under Givemore’s leadership, Signtec Africa has grown into a respected entity, earning recognition and awards for its excellence. Givemore has personally won several awards, including the Top 20 Young Entrepreneurs in Zimbabwe in 2017, the Top Influencer Award in Beitbridge in 2021, and the Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 at the Beitbridge Business Expo.

In addition to his business success, Givemore is also committed to giving back to his community. Signtec Africa has partnered with the local hospital to participate in awareness campaigns around contemporary health issues. The company also provides opportunities for university students to gain practical experience through attachments.

Givemore’s story is a testament to the power of hard work, determination, and innovation. He is an inspiration to young entrepreneurs everywhere, showing that with the right mindset and support, anything is possible.
