Police in Manicaland have arrested three individuals for unlawful possession of drugs in Chimanimani. Nokutenda Manana (18), Progress Sengure (20), and Humidity Chipenga (25) were taken into custody at Mutidzawanda Village, Chakohwa.
A search of the suspects yielded a significant haul of illicit substances. Police recovered several sachets of crystal meth, 177 sachets of dagga, and bottles of broncleer syrup. The arrests are part of ongoing efforts by law enforcement to combat the trafficking and possession of illegal drugs in the region.
The Chimanimani police have been actively targeting drug-related crime in recent months. The latest arrests demonstrate their commitment to keeping communities safe and free from the scourge of illicit substances.
