These Terms of Use describe the terms and conditions that govern your use of the current and future online content on Dandaro Online Platform. You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use when you use this platform, including views, posts and uploads on this platform.
1. General
Changes to Terms of Use
Dandaro Online may modify the Terms of Use, or any part thereof, or add or remove terms at any time. Such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your use of the platform after such posting shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such modifications, additions or deletions. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dandaro Online and govern your use of the platform.

Dandaro Online may change or discontinue any aspect, service or feature of the platform at any time, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, external links and advertisements.
Registration
You may be given the opportunity to register via an online registration form to create a user account that may allow you to receive information from Dandaro Online and/or to participate in certain discussions or use features on the platform. Such may include interactive areas, polls, etc. Dandaro Online will use the information you provide in accordance with the Dandaro Online Privacy Policy. By registering, you confirm, represent and warrant that all information that you provide on the registration form is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. During the registration process, you may be required to choose a password and/or username. You acknowledge and agree that Dandaro may rely on this password or username to identify you according to the legal terms of its Privacy Policy. You shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your username(s) and/or password(s), if any. You are responsible for the use of your account and ensure that you comply fully with the provisions of these Terms of Use.
2. Copyright Ownership
The platform contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound. Dandaro Online owns copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part found on the platform. You may not decompile or disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover any source code contained in the platform. You furthermore acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material from the platform.
3. User Content and Conduct
The following terms apply to content submitted by users, and user conduct, on the platform’s interactive links.
Interactive Areas:
The Site may contain comments sections, discussion forums, or other interactive features, news in which you may post or upload user-generated content, including but not limited to comments, video, photos and messages. You are solely responsible for the use of any interactive links and you use them at your own risk. The platform is available for individuals aged 16 years or older. By submitting User Content to an Interactive Area, you represent and confirm that you are at least 16 years of age.
Community Guidelines:
By submitting any User Content or participating in an Interactive Area within or in connection with the platform, you agree to abide by the following rules of conduct:
You agree that data you send or upload to Dandaro Online, must not include, and you warrant and guarantee that it does not:
- violate or infringes in any way upon the rights of others
- contain expressions of bigotry, racism, racially or ethnically offensive content
- hate speech, abusiveness, vulgarity, nudity or profanity
- contain or advocates pornography or sexual content
- advocate violent behaviour
- pose a threat to public safety
- contain violent or graphic images and videos
- contain unauthorized advertising or promotional materials
- contain violent and graphic content
- promote dangerous organizations: terrorism and organized hate
- contain defamatory or libellous content
- promote drugs and firearms
- contain child nudity and sexual exploitation of children
- promote bullying and harassment
- promote suicide and self-injury
- promote anti-social behaviour (ASBO)
You agree not to engage in activity that would constitute a criminal offense.
You agree not to interfere with any other user’s right to privacy, including exploitation of personally identifiable information about the platform users.
You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content, software or other materials which contain viruses, trojans or any malicious software.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of the platform.
Monitoring
Dandaro Online shall have the right to monitor User Content posted or uploaded to the platform in order to determine compliance with these Terms of Use. Dandaro Online reserves the right ban users, to screen, delete, edit, refuse to post any User Content posted or uploaded to the platform at any time and for any reason. Dandaro Online may share identifiable information in response to a law enforcement agency’s request.
4. Third Party Content
Dandaro Online platform is a distributor of content supplied by third parties and users and is not a publisher. Any opinions, advices, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers or users of the platform, are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of Dandaro Online platform. Dandaro Online platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, nor its fitness for any particular purpose.
5. Advertisements and Promotions
Dandaro Online may run advertisements and promotions from third parties on the platform through Google AdSense. Dandaro Online is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any business dealings through third party advertisements.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
You understand and agree that Dandaro Online disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and you should not rely upon it. As a user you agree that use of this platform is at your sole risk and Dandaro Online shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, resulting from any aspect of your use of or interaction with the platform. Neither Dandaro Online or its future subsidiaries warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
Dandaro Online platform may offer health, fitness or nutritional information but that is only for educational purposes and not medical advice. Hence this information should not replace the advice from a medical professional.
7. Termination
Dandaro Online platform may terminate or suspend these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Dandaro Online shall have the right to immediately terminate your account in the event of any conduct which is considered to be unacceptable or is in breach of Terms of Use.
8. Logos/Trademark
Dandaro Online owns all rights to their logos and trademarks used in connection with this platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Zimbabwe and European Union.
10. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the platform for any reason, without notice, at any time. Furthermore, violation of any of the terms specified in the Terms of Use will result in the termination and/or suspension of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and suspend or terminate accounts if we determine in our sole discretion that the content uploaded or posted through the platform, violate our Terms of Use.
11. Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse Dandaro Online platform by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Dandaro Online platform, the server on which the site is hosted or any server, computer or database connected to the platform. You must not attack the platform via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would be committing a criminal offence. Any such breach will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities and Dandaro Online will co-operate fully with those authorities by disclosing the user’s identification details. In the event of such a breach, your right to use Dandaro Online platform will be revoked immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect the user’s computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to the user’s use of Dandaro Online platform or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
