Freddy Changundega, a talented Zimbabwean composer, is the mastermind behind the country’s iconic national anthem. Born in 1954, Changundega’s musical genius was recognized nationwide when he won a competition in 1994 to create a new anthem that would represent Zimbabwe’s unique identity.
