Italian Serie A giants AC Milan are reportedly interested in signing Zimbabwean left-back Jordan Zemura, who currently plays for Udinese in the Italian top-flight league. According to Tutto Udinese, Milan are eyeing Zemura as a backup to their first-choice left-back, Theo Hernandez.
Zemura has impressed with his performances for Udinese, scoring one goal and providing one assist in 11 league games. His current contract with Udinese runs until June 2027. Milan are said to be targeting Zemura for a January transfer, with plans to loan him back to Udinese until the end of the season.
If the deal goes through, Zemura will join AC Milan’s squad in June, in preparation for the next season. While there is currently no negotiation underway between the parties, Milan’s interest in Zemura is a significant development in the Zimbabwean player’s career.
