Inspects developments for rating and other purposes.
Checks compliance with procedure manuals on inspection of shops for licensing purposes.
Calculates and analyses building plans and valuation roll data.
Takes site measurements and records data pertaining to both new and altered structures.
Calculates areas of buildings
Sketches buildings or developments on land.
A clean class 4 Drivers licence.
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar work environment.
A sound knowledge of building construction.
An ability to sketch buildings or developments on land.
