Operating the Bantwana vehicle as assigned by the supervisor
Completing the service register collection wrap-up
Assisting program staff in reaching out to 13 health facilities in Lupane
Distributing refreshments for Sinovuyo and support groups for CLHIV
Supporting DSD and MOHCC in attending to urgent cases
Facilitating community activities in all wards in Lupane, following defined clusters
Assisting Admin and Procurement staff
Maintaining vehicle log sheets in accordance with Bantwana policies and regulations
Routinely checking the vehicle's condition after each trip
Reporting any needs and problems to transport management
Adhering to all safety and compliance protocols as advised by Bantwana and the supervisor
Ensuring the safekeeping of all vehicle equipment, tools, first aid kits, spares, etc.
Assisting with logistics in the office's daily workloads as required
Cooperating and assisting staff and visitors, troubleshooting potential problems during daily operations
Conducting oneself professionally and personally in a manner that brings credit to Bantwana and the project
At least 5 'O' Levels plus a valid and clean Class 4 Driver's License and valid Defensive Driving Certificate
Five years of professional work experience in an NGO environment
Strong planning and administrative skills
Computer literacy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Honesty and confidentiality
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Shona or Ndebele
