Now the Founder and CEO of GMT Networks Ltd, Mushandu has built a reputation for excellence in healthcare consultancy and international logistics, earning recognition across the diaspora for his innovation, leadership, and philanthropy.
Mushandu’s professional path began in Zimbabwe’s public sector, where he served as a Provincial Forestry Technical Officer before transitioning into healthcare management in the UK. Over two decades, he rose through the ranks, managing care homes and leading operational teams across various health institutions. His expertise in clinical governance, quality assurance, and strategic leadership laid the foundation for his consultancy ventures, which now support dozens of healthcare providers across the UK.
In 2012, Mushandu expanded his footprint into logistics by founding Savannah Freight Services, a company that offers cargo and vehicle shipping between the UK, Zimbabwe, and Namibia. His ability to identify gaps in service delivery and respond with practical, scalable solutions has made him a trusted name in both healthcare and freight forwarding. His businesses operate under the umbrella of GMT Networks Ltd, which also includes Care Quality Support and Ultra Healthcare Solutions.
