Job Description:

We are looking for qualified and experienced commission-based salespeople to fill in positions that have arisen in the organization. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers and play a crucial role in generating revenue for the company by identifying potential customers, establishing relationships, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Present, demonstrate, and explain the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve sales targets and quotas within a given time frame.
Negotiate and close sales deals, including pricing and contract terms.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products or services.
Collaborate with other team members, such as marketing and customer support, to maximize sales efforts.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities

Qualifications and Experience

Proven work experience as a salesperson or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a desire to achieve results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
Good knowledge of the products or services being sold.
Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products, industries, or markets.
Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
A positive and resilient attitude in the face of challenges or rejection
