Job Description:

A Sales Representatives who build relationships with customers, identify sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

– Generating leads and closing deals
– Understanding customer needs and providing solutions
– Meeting sales targets and performance goals
– Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service)

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Preparing customer invoices, and receipt of all payments.

Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries using appropriate methods.

Should be able to represent the company in events and seminars.

Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

Prepare daily sales reports

Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant information and reports.

Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

Supporting the Finance department with other administrative tasks as requested.

Manage and report comprehensively on stock movement patterns.

Should be able to generate own sales leads

Identify target markets and develop strategies to reach and engage potential clients.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must possess:

A Diploma in or Certificate in Sales, Accounting or Marketing.

At least 1 year working experience

Customer Service

Excellent Customer Etiquette

Clean Class 4 Driver's License

An Accounting qualification is a plus.

Experience in working as a till operator, customer service is a plus.
